Seeking a clue,

How do I rid myself of the stupid Samsung e very fricking second popping up with a notice over what I just did,

Or if a friend on FaceBook farted,

I don’t care!

I don’t need a piece of metal telling me what I am intelligent enough to read and see!

Anyone have a clue how I get rid of that or do I just reboot and start anew????????
