For me, when quite will not convey my thoughts, I wrote,
When.I talk in earnest to my firfamily I say,

Or the ever popular ”nonononomono No!’
Unless I have to pee in a hurry, I shout several times,’move,move,move!
Words convey thoughts to mostly all,
It’s better then dad’s hand or belt!
I have never harmed anyone!
Would have lived to have ended a life,
Well, off to clean up pooh,
