As we age I discover over and over we still carry the same wants and fears we bore in youth. Yesterday an adopted sister mentioned that she had erased her words with friends. Judy was sure since she had not heard from her friend I had stopped being her friend because I had not talked or played with her on Words with friends. I had mentioned earlier in the week had no money for food since my truck needed things this month Judy had forgotten. So she imagined we were on the outs I’m very sensitive that’s why I excel at caring for others.I have literally given up my coat and sat and froze instead of having someone else freeze and me be warm that’s the way I was taught by years at by my mom’s side.
This book’s purpose is to show the lack of judgment of those who really have no idea what influences a family nuances and to teach that “Everyone in Social work need to have a clue it’s not sane to accuse and then with no evidence destroy someone’s life with no sustainable proof outside of person’s hate and desires.”
NPD is Narcissistic Personality Disorder Dr. Sigmund Freud described it best ‘Fuzziness’ and Oneness. The originate of the term coined the expression in 1898 as a narcissistic person is self involved lack empathy,go through lovers not out of being passionate but because they love controlling things. Narcississ also have lots of friends because they are like small children with new toys when the newness wears off that person is tossed aside. I picture a narcissist’s friends like shark teeth when one tooth falls out another tooth pops in(sharks have rows of teeth one directly behind another so when one falls out another fills the spot automatically.)

Diana knew one thing was utmost relevant it was the beginning of December 2014 ’ Iowa winters are never what someone might imagine dependable they were iffy at best. Her furnace in Granbury Texas had died she had no recourse but to up the anti and fetch her intelligent (not the invalid she had been for more then two years telling every one her mom was. Diana had done her research she was well aware that her seven to ten phone calls a day were harassing,criminal in nature. Diana knew she could no longer bully her only son into verbally harrasing his aunt Ellen like he had done in August then the point was bulling aunt Ellen someone no one ever treated less god like,see it was Robbie’s job to get him to hop onto Ellen to get her to assist in the slander aunt Val with malice allowing everone to see the bullied gay daughter as a bullier then force mom against her will to Texas.)
Mom had told Diana over and over ‘No I do not want to live in Texas my family and friends are here! See Diana would never move to Iowa her children and grandchild were in Texas. Oneness_Selfishness ,but was mom”s other children’s wants mom’s grandchildren even mom’s first great grandchild. Then then there was mom’s money,which mom had started to invest in a nice coin collection but I’m getting ahead of myself.
Ellen a go a longer in high school wasn’t going to be bullied yet into siding with her half sister against her full sister Val who Ellen the ex County of Allamakee assistant to the County Attorneys office. Diana knew when she got her hooks into our mom then Ellen would be like putty in her hands.
Diana had no way of knowing that on December second two thousand and fourteen Father Jim had come to the house and mother finally consented to allowing the hiring of Amish ladies to clean for us. The second of December two thousand and fourteen was the first time in a little over two years ‘We did not have bothersome Diana Lee call to bully mom to move to Texas. Mom after ever call would literally say Why can’t Diana leave me alone! She’s not my mom. Mom had mentioned to Ellen in 2012 if Diana The Human Services of Iowa(bunch of stupid creeps Diana’s kind of people ) to the house again she would be out of the will.
Footnote(mom and I should have thought wonder where Diana is she hasn’t called to badger mom today!’ In July when I spoke to a judge on charges made a gainst me for abuse that was never done against my mom on lies from the NPD Diana, Diana a said she knew nothing about a priest talking to mom,of course mom was not at the interview with the judge Diana told our mom she wasn’t needed to attend. When the judge ask Diana where mom was Diana who could not tell the truth if her life depended on it said ‘mothers sleeping,allowing mother to appear not to care one way or the other what occurred to her innocent of ever doing anything but giving all her time and love to keeping mom safe and out of Diana’s hands.)
Diana’s mind was on other things as her white SUV from Robbie’s used car dealership in Kendleworth,Texas hastened toward what Diana had to do to implement the last of her crime against her gay sister and stealing her mom against her will to Texas to use as her personal bank crushing her mom’s heart in the bargen. Mom was told so many lies it’s hard to know where to start,one pf the biggest was that Marian’s daughter Val had to be placed on Elder Abuse because Val was unable to do everything plus go to school full time and devote all her time to mom’,s need and clean. Ellen came in from her life and mowed once a week say hi to mom have a beer grunt hi to mom and leave.
It was easy on the sisters never carrying about mom Ellen knew mom was in good loving hands I was caring for her and had since I(Val,was nine)rivaling anything about Val she cared for mom their lives held more things of interest. Val trained by mom to cook in nineteen hundred and eighty six Val worked for fifteen women she never stood with her hand out . And during that time Val bought mom many of the things mom went without for sixty years none of these things were ever purchased by Ellen who saw mom as free babysitter.
Ellen and Diana cared for their needs no second hand things did I toss to mom,no clothes tossed at mom.(footnote, On a trip to Texas in nineteen hundred and ninety five to meet our first(Ellen and my first great niece. Ellen and I chatted with this dude. He the guy asked what we did Ellen said she worked at the courthouse in our county and before I could answer Ellen spoke out and said Vals in food service
I felt like gum on a shoe.)

Diana had told call with penis and ears that Val her gay sister is a monster and so controlling that no one was to believe a word out of her mouth. So of course everyone believed Diana she was older of course she only had the purest motives for her mom!
Ask any of Diana’s previous five husbands Diana’s pure goodness and they will say sure Diana’s wonderful as long as you don’t live with her or marry her. If you don’t enjoy being bullied by her, then stay clear of the ball buster the real Diana Lee (maiden name Heike). Diana’s best divorced see Diana already figured it out unlike a husband mommies if not given a choice only have two live with me(Diana or the nursing home not in Iowa her home state or a place where she still has friends but cold heartless Granbury,Texas. And the property mom Marian or as the neighbors to the cabin refer to mom as Saint Marian for having Diana’s father as a husband the wife beater(something her son and grandson got in the gene pool from granddad who kicked and beat the sweetest woman not perfect but best mother mine . Mom also had sixty years with dad a verble abusive alcohol husband but unlike Diana’s sheets of lies neither I or Dad ever struck mom. Dad hit me not one of my relatives ever stood up to him or said even when dad just humiliated me ‘Doc or Uncle leave Val alone. I was the scapegoat. (NPD trait get with lies family members to jump on the hate band wagon. Six percent of females have this disorder.)
I would have died for this country no more I learned the hard way good people are seen as losers treated that way and framed without any evidence. But back to Diana spawn of satin.)
Chapter Two The arrival
The white skunk of a vehicle stood out in Texas although the comparison with snow covered yard of mom and dad Heike’s house at 405 second street northeast,Waukon,Iowa 52101,the yard snow covered since November if Diana’s coat wasn’t dark one might imagine a door to an alternate universe had just popped open and Diana had popped out.
Diana a rolly polly large breasted woman who upon first meeting strangers might assume intelligent,loving someone who would never go to her mothers or anyone’s home and make themselves at home pawing through things long time ago she might have been told if not yours leave those things alone. Now in mid sixties she deemed were things she needed to know what these items bought by her mom to give as gifts were. Upon one such pawing event studying was on the menu in the den for Val Diana’s half sister who had always cared for her mom since nine years of age.
See Val is just the gay younger half sister whom the family took great joy in imaging as not intelligent and spinster for over fifty years. Val at six foot who wore her heart on her sleeve literally was an easy mark Val was always so emotional,easy scapegoat. Scapegoating a family member also a trait among NPD. Val was forty when she came out she could no longer live under the assumptions of her family. Val didn’t knew or understood by her family,see families never really care.
Diana well it was always easy to imagine she knew when Val had exams Diana going outside by er hoval hopping on her broom pointing it to Iowa and flying there but then I know some fantastic Pagen White Wicca and Val knows that’s as inappropriate as Diana doing all in her power to distroy Val working on bettering hers and moms future. Diana had married Dan Ahler that’s close to the creeps name,Dan bedded Diana and in true form they were no longer man and wife. That freeded Diana up for her visit during Val’s exams. Diana came to Waukon,Iowa twice in 2011.
The first visit in 2011 was before summer. Val was then working on dueal AA’s in Psychology and Humas Services at Noryhern Iowa Community College in Calmer Iowa. Carrying 12-15 credits per semester reading approximately 120 pages a week with quizes and exams and must be in class. Val started school in 2008,January. Most of Val’s classes were in Waukon at the Welness Center up by tbe new High School in Waukon,IA. Val graduated high school in May 1976. Val had one year at William Pen College in Oskalooda Iowa. Val hated it there and knew that if she went four years there mom would hold it agaist her all her life and demonstrate that by telling her always what mom have up to pay for Val’s schooling.
Parents should never bully there children no child asks to be born. Val spent her time at the school without transportation and became bible toter girl. Val figured no one would see her heart breaking every moment she was there. It was the first time Val at 18 had ever been away from home. Val had never dated the first person Val had ever had a crush on she was eight. Val had promised herself one day she would return to college to get her degrees. Val wanted to consul in Psychology and work in the field of parapsychology and teach college level Mi!itary History.
Val told her aunt and uncle from Spencer Iowa on a trip to Lansing Iowa for a birthday support for my mom it was mom’s eightieth birthday that Val would be back in college spring 2008. Val’s uncle Bud(Julian Jasper Lovitt) said who will pay for that, Val alwaysl paid for what she needed sometimes she had to borrow money from mom who she always repaid.
Val’s family always saw Val as less then strangers because they view others as more interesting. In 1994 Val started contrsct work,Val left to go to work at Amfac then then concessionaire at Mount Rushmore the seasons for seaesoned employees runs Easter to October 15,th. A contract job is working a certain amount of time for a bonus. Working a second season is only accomplished when an employee is asked back. There is something beyond special working and living in either a National Monument or National Park. Val’s first season at Mount Rushmore was done working as a food attendant. Second season 1995 Val worked as a maintence worker. Val was the only woman working that position ,1995 was the second time Val was asked to be a fulltime year round employee. Val refused mom needed her more. (There is something horribly hard living a lie when awake only allowing true happiness when asleep.)
Food attendant curtails cashiering,serving food,one day Val was allowed to scoop ice cream it all was Blue Bunny hard hand dipped ice cream. Val was shortly pulled from dipping ice cream Val was told women don’t dip ice cream at Mount Rushmore it was the day before she had gotten word her by best friend Bea Regan had died.(footnote or well I love end notes they are like popups add one instead of clutter on a page. Bea had suffered a slight stroke when I wasn’t doing for mom I spent ally time with Bea. Val excels at caretaking having been trained by above the most gifted and talented care giver my mom. Marian Deloris. Mom cared for her children and grandkids and friends. You give all you have then you rest.) (Footnote it was in 1995
There are exactly fifteen steps from the floor of the gift shop the old one in the old gift shop replaced in 1996 with the new gift shop,tunnel and new walk way to the amphitheater. Val stomped up all of those fifteen steps to the office of Bruce Van Vorp,General Manager at Mount Rushmore. Val said you know I’m from Iowa northern the only lovely area in Iowa we Iowa women are not weak in moral or muscle. Val told Bruce that she was stronger then any man in fudge and ice cream. Bruce allowed Val to remain an I cream scooper. Next day while running dish washer Val loved that to no one interfered with the job. While checking out Val was told you got a call today from your mom someone named Bea died. The heartless bastards deemed their eight hours of labor of more importance then the death of someone loved as family.
2011
Diana always blew into town when it was either mid terms or finals. Mom crying was audible from the den its a sound I heard all my life from something dad did or Ellen or Diana or myself did. Before any trip mom cried dad would have drank,mom and I would have lost sleep,Val would pack and seven minutes before the family left mom would cry, Diana’s visits always stirred up a the same kind of acid a visit from mom’s eldest Val’s half sister. Its hard being Gay surrounded by the intense hate Diana seem to be fueled by.
(Footnote no movies no one to talk to and yet we are bombarded with heteral sexual crap.)
Chapter Three Tears and the Pantry (Val’s fill in history so she is no longer obtuse)
2011 Diana came twice this was the start of the on sought of the mom to Texas ‘come hell or high water.’ The first visit Diana always stays with Diana with her dogs.(footnote its a thing with some families travel only if you have family to stay with family or stay home.)
The first visit Diana decided she needed to dig through mom’s property so she knew what mom had. Mom always bought things and stored the things in her bedroom mostly in two boxes. Mother grew up during the depression so mom taught value your shopping. Val was studying for her exam when she heard mom crying from her bedroom ( mom’s bedroom was the garage,due to a bad knee. ) Val rose from the floor and her studies went through the dinningroom rounded the corner traveled passed the bathroom and laundry room and dads gun cabinet arriving at mom’s bedroom door.
Diana mean best discribes her mom had awoke from a nap to finding Diana pawing through her belongings. Mom was crying ‘what are you doing those are mine!’ Diana first took time like a zombie spun her head my way and shouted ‘Get out,this isn’t your business! Val said to her royal highness ‘anytime mom’s in distress its my business!’ Diana hated that ‘No one ever confronted Diana.’ Mom was shooken beyond believe. That’s the kind of bulling dumped on Val all her life. Val should have heated the crap out if her. If Diana was afraid of Val maybe everyone would have been blessed by never seeing her again. Unfortunately Diana wasn’t through darkening Val’s or her mothers lives yet.
Toward end of 2011 second visit the ‘pantry’ Diana brought her minion with her Ellen Heike. Not one thought was put into the digging through food not bought or belonging to bullies that came to their mother’s home with the purpose of tossing out perfectly good food. Val who bought half the food was a trained Serve Safe Food Manager by Reinhardt Foods and OSHA.
Diana and Ellen neither in food service crew or management, Val and mom had noodles and beans sugared natural honey,canned goods in collector popcorn cans,canned goods,popcorn,peanuts,chocolate chips,paper goods and seasonings and many other things. Mom cried neither one of the creeps cared to hear reason why it was insane bulling mom and Val it didn’t matter to either one. Neither cared to think how insane the digging and tossing things not theirs , no money was left of food tossed away.
Chapter Four – History (Diana isn’t recalling this , this is history for the reader. )
When mom and dad sold after being bullied by the administer of the Waukon Memorial Hospital. The folks were told if you don’t sell your home to us we will put in helicopter pads and you will have nothing but unrest. They were allowing living in their home for a year. The house was 135 years old. When the house and year were being distroyed for parking lot strangers would wander by and say so this is what your yard looks like. There were huge trees and privacy people hate it when you have what they don’t. Diana came and made mom buy the house four blocks away because she didn’t want mom in the country.(The folks had gotten the small amount if $75,000. Dad had boirrowed $30000 from a bank in Minnesota so there wasn’t any money to build in the country. Diana flew in found the house 1992,Val did all the moving ,mom had pnemonia and dad acted like a baby. Ellen had babies and work she didn’t help in the moving process at all.)
That depression effected mom and dad differently dad grew to manhood in a poor hard working family in Wisconsin distant relatives to the Kraft cheese family. Grandpa a hero from WWI. A hard no holds bar trench warfare the US joined the great war in 1917, Britian had been struggling against the Germans since 1914. Grandpa Paul won his stripes awarded a First sargent for going to and beyond retrieving dead and wounded Americans from the front lines. Water was as valuable as raw gems to struggling families.Dad ‘Leon Norbert Heike’ was born September 1st,1927. Baths were once a week. Paul went to work with the CCC(Civilian Conservation Conservative) in 1930, young men mostly teenagers some young fathers all the money made was sent home.
The CCC was one of the groups funded by the US government brain child of Franklin Delano Roosevelt,US president wanted to pull a nation by its bootstraps out of the gutter of poverty caused by the Stock Market Crash of 1929,fantasy because the American poor really were not affected by any stocks. The American poor was affected by bank crashes. These groups of young men were soon put to work building new roads. They worked in all states grandpa worked in Bay Field,Wisconsin and near Hayward grandpa Paul’s stomping grounds, Paul grew up in Butternut Wisconsin.

Paul’s young wife of Jewish decent didn’t matter at all because the young couple with their three children were in beyond deep love.The children three Norman Ervin Eric oldest of three , Norman is exactly five years older then Lee. Gertrude the sencond eldest . Norm and his wife Wava(daughter of a minister and second youngest of thirteen children.) Norm and Wava had five children four daughters and one boy. (Renea,Lee Ann,Laurie,Charles(everyone called Cubby later Cub.now a look so a Chiropractor he fought to graduate and won, Cub now is Dr. Charles Heike) ) the youngest last girl is Karen Agnes(named after granma Agnes Heike who died in 1960,when Val was two.)
Norm after WWII which Norm was considered 3F (unexceptible to serve in US Armed forces,Norm was deaf in one ear. When Norm was a boy Lee had shot a gun to close to Norms ear the loudness of the gun took Norms hearing in that ear.) After the war Norm studied Chiropractic due to the wonderful assistance he got from a Chiropractor he knew.
Gertrude met her husband Charles Rohr at the University of Wisconsin. Gertrude or as she was called by her nieces and nephews Toots became a home economics teacher and Charles taught science. Both taught at the Waukesha High school in the nineteen seventies.(Armed guards were that school then.) Toots and Charles had five children. Wava and Norm died within two years of each other Wave had cancer Norm slipped away also from cancer and a broken heart Rebekak sat by her cousin Val at Norms funeral. Two years nearly to the day Beckey Toots eldest had died of cancer. Toots had five children two girls three boys. ( Becky,Moni,Paul,John and Michael)
Lee was a buck private was in service 1945-1946 Lee was in Hiroshima afer the bomb was dropped. Lee was raised during a time water held a value not attached today so showers were not everyday. (Diana’s son when a teenager showered twiceca day,changing clothes each time.) Lee was not a pig but when he got older his bathing was further apart from each bath.
Lee met at a bar in a blind dated Marian Deloris Bittenger. (Footnote: Marian wasn’t the slightestly interested. Marian had fallen maddly in love with Don Bender an officer in the Air Force on leave in a hotel in Bloxi. Mississippi. Marian and her friend Betty both girls from Spencer,Iowa working for DeKalb in Des Moines Iowa. 1955 three years before meeting Lee,Diana was seven years old. Diana was living with mom’s mom and dad in Spencer,Iowa. Diana the daughter of a wife beater and grandaughter of a control freak.
Don broke his neck three days after mom and Betty went home to Des Moines. There were films of sent by Scott Don’s best friend sent to mom after Don’s death. ( in the late 1980’s mom had the films placed in two VHS tapes,they were not one and two but identical videos. Mom loved these films.)
Grandpa Clarence Ward Bittenger was the shortest of three brothers only six foot three inches tall,son of a wealthy farmer. Great grandpa Bittenger left farming to store keep and had two stores in Spencer Iowa. Clarence wasn’t in the CCC. Clarence was in WWI , Clarence enter as a First Lieutenant in the Air Corps. Unfortunately Clarence got chicken pox and spent the War after his training flat on his back sick.
Clarence after the war went to work at Spencer State Bank in Spencer Iowa. It was the bank when the tall handsome young man first met the love of his life Lottie Henrietta Starkey a forth grade teacher (both families came to Iowa in covered wagons around 1830).
One day Lottie had gone during lunch break on her fathers business to the bank and fell head over heels with the young teller whose name was of course Clarence. The young couple married in 1924 it is uncertain when Lottie was born that secret was kept more secure then state secrets. Clare was born in 1896 same year Paul Heike was born.
The young couple bought a house that always appeared similar to a barn to granddaughter Val. The young couples house was built turn of the century there was even a dumb waiter in the basement. The marriage nearly ended first day in the house Clarence thought it would be funny if he lowered Lottie into the ground in the dumb waiter,if you tilt your ear in Decorah Iowa toward the west you might faintly still here my five foot pure Norwegian grandma yelling ‘Claire!”
In that house three children were born. (Clarian,1924,Marian , 1927 ,Winton Ward 1931) Mom was bullied by her mother into marring dad , Nana as Diana called mom’s mom wanted Diana out of her home,why???
Lee and Marian got married in 1956, Wava and Norm could not attend the celebration because Norm and Wava’s youngest daughter Karen was being born. It was the first time grandad Paul met the little narcissists Diana. Her need for attention always up most in her mind upon her first meeting with grandpa Paul Diana told mom ‘that man touched me in my privates!’ What eight year old in 1956 discussed private girl parts? All grandpas hard work,all risking his life in war gone with one lie from on be little girl. Who knew that fifty eight years later Diana would again use filthy lies to ruin the good name of a half sister. Both served same purpose ‘Oneness,self centered,me me look at me,look how good I am Diana’s favorite tune.’
Chapter Five 2012 The first Visit and lies
