Like my grandma Nana,
Her place at the table,
Near the door to the kitchen,
Gramma took great store in fulfilling her families need,
Before we that family knew what that was,
No dish went empty,
Had time to fill with air,
Mom ,Nana and I empaths,
Caretaking families’ needs and desires,
Rocked at family meals,
Gay daughter here,
Mom was my best friend,
Straight family never gets that,
Straight families aquire jealously for what they do not comprehend,
Daughter Val also great. aretaker/companion ,

Who helped mom remain in her home,
Lies stand better backed by hate,
