Landlord charges us seven dollars a.month.to run the smartmeter to spy on what fluid pass through our our pipes to recharge us all the fluid that goes through pipes in the mobile homes we are renting to own.
Our sewage and trash and water bills go through him on land he doesn’t own but rents! He.owns no water, the trash is collected by Quasqueton,Iowa. The land lord doesn’t pay our water bills or our electric or sewage.

We the residence of Quasqueton Iowa trailer park since he placed the meters on our pipes in December 2020,( 7×12)2=168+56=224.plus all the fluid he recharges us.
Went to city hall yesterday very nice building.Nice lady working.Said Cory pays the bills.Said Cory bills is like we are on a different planet. More research is needed.
