Poor Theodore,
Last Thursday, his manhood took a hit,
Today , when I came in from walking to the neighbors to over oay to have my podtage stamp yard mowed,
Teddy, my boy, had a flystrip I put up last night wrapped cylinderly around him.
Our eyes met!
Ashamed at what jumping a hanging flystrip had done, he slinked under my.inherited over a hundred year old kitchen table that needs new varnish,
After coaxing several times and other kitties laughing at him he came out,
Ran past me,
Leaped to the countertop,
Laid on the offending flystrip,
I held him, telling my baby this will not hurt,
In a flash recalling all the many time I had heard those same lies,
It just pulled free,
A few years ago I panuced with my.oldest cat Mr.Black,
Assuming if the strip murdered flies then Mr.Black was a gonner as well,
I was wrong,
It was a happy accident,
Now I think I’ll go and warm up the bean and cheese burrito since they are all as cold as when first removed from freezer.
