Young learn how to quit early,

Paid young neighbors aunt to mow my crappy ass yard,

Long like hay due to the fact last month mym poor excuse of a land lord due nothing when I pre paid twice for his man to mow my yard!

Kept my money and did what since September of 2020 he has done , he would subtract the extra money , I would pay that was destined to be deducted from my principle ,

The extra money I have paud toward owning my home Never got to what I owned on my motor home,

His wife Emily always would debit it from what was owned on all [lot rent $300,my rent to own is $150/ month,then utilies I have no idea.why we oay him he pays the county even our taxes,plus his stupid ass snart meter that he charges us seven a.month/12=84×3 so in September we have paid him $264, He doesn’t own the water or the land and not all of the trailers.Yet he charges all for the stupid ass meter and for anything we put in the pipes we either own are working toward.

As I understand smart meters, it’s a tool designed to monitor the use of a landlords water or to insulate the property, this land lord rents the land. He allows us to help him pay taxes and lot rents,

In March 2021, I gave him three grand to be removed from my principle that would have left me [I had put down $10,000 down payment minus 1800-900=900,10,900from 2000 8100-Marches 3000,5000 minus 2022 1300,5000-1300,3700 less if he was honorable and had deducted my little bits.]

I get $968 a month just having lot rent $300 and utilities would be terrific. While Imwork t I ward going solar.

I would imagine I’m not the only person he had been financially screwing,

There are toxic mobile homes here as well,
