Why is an idea new and inspiring when others believed ithers thought it first?

Way back in December when Penny was beside herself,

Turned her home in with lies it was.smelling!

Yesterday saud coukd cist as much as twelve grand to demolish,
Shr had.no money to assust me,
Admits she is not assisting me enough
I said,
Find out how much it would be to flatten sell it to neighbor for that,
It really would be a shame,
The house is Amish made,
Its sould and a fraceful old lady,
At one hundred and twenty years old
Then she tells me ,
The guy might know a guy,
Who might,
Buy to restore the house,
That would.piss off the gay turd next door!
I’m gay he is a low life,
Penny walks with a cane or on a walker,
The turd makes her park on the street,
Even when its icy and walk up his slanting driveway on the ice,
Below is what Oenny had saud about the neighbor.
I’m hoping that maybe those guys that the guy from the city was talking about might be interested in buying and refurbishing it or selling the land. That way I might actually make a profit. And since the neighbor was a bit of a dick then he can just go without being able to have the property. I know he wants it because his property line is so short, his lot is really narrow and his driveway abuts right up to my house. I might actually get the property line checked if it doesn’t cost anything to make sure that his stuff is not on my land.
This us the seventh month Penny has lived in the crappy ass motel in Oelwein,Iowa paying $315/week.
