Penny:Hun, you can believe what you want. Sometimes when I hold my phone and my thumb presses on one icon too long it moves it into a folder. The phone is not sneaking around behind your back plotting against you, hiding your icon. I would assume that you were holding your phone and part of your hand made contact with the icons and push them into a folder. It happens to me frequently I’ve just learned how to find them. Boost Mobile doesn’t have a way to move the icons on your phone. Your phone is a physical device. That would be like saying the trailer moved your chairs and furniture around inside your house. It is an inanimate object and boost Mobile doesn’t have a way to move those around once the phone is in your possession. When it is set up when you buy it there are icons that are already loaded but after that you load or download or delete apps and that makes the icons go away, or appear.
