Got real ice cream,
Peppermint stick,
Missed it last year,
By time I low crawled to porch,
Was ice cream no more,
Consistency changed,
Science had talent place,
Melted gunk with candy had taken it’s place in space and time,
It was on sale,
I limped it rest of way and stowed it in freezer,
Going to see after I pee if the treat I treated myself to has returned,
Or is the ice cream still out to lunch,
$2.99 is a steal for a half gallon now,
But only if not milk with Christmas treat in it.
