I would tell her what he said, that he came to your house with the cage and wanted you to toss them all in so he could take them and dump them. She needs to know what kind of person you are dealing with. Also, maybe she could give you something that shows that it is illegal to just dump them and that they are working with you to get the cats there as soon as possible.

From Penny:The article was specifically about dumping them outside of a shelter door. In Colorado one of the shelters had a setup like those dropoff boxes they have for babies. You opened the door and there was a heated pen inside with blankets and a pet bed, food and water and paperwork to fill in. It was monitored by camera 24hrs a day. It was to prevent people from doing what Corey was going to do.
