How do you manage screen time for yourself?

I am glued to my cell

At lunch I watched NCIS on Netflix,

Then I did stuff,

My cell phone is sort of the rats treat,

I’m the rat,

I do things,

Or get an idea and write,

Or tried to log books to sell,

My cell phone is a tool

On Face Book seems others live there,

This evening a had a young lady want to be my daughter and learn from me,

I told her that’s not me,

I”m a soft butch,

I’m sorry she lost her mom at her birth

The question puzzles me,

Did she believe that would make me share thoughts with her?
