That is if they have money they don’t have money then anybody 60 and older needs a guardian,

When I was studying psychology in human services at NICC, we were told that in order to work in psychology or Human Services you have to have your masters.
I found that that was wrong today the young woman in her early 50s that I talked to me from area on aging just has a high school degree she was grandfathered in,
Iowa Human service people were to be licensed, so they took all the ones that were working in the field and just allowed to continue to work as long as they keep up their license.
