Called two weeks ago,

Woman a woman who live next door to me in 22,

Stirring of a stink,

I don’t care,

I did my best to be a good neighbor,

I don’t hear my car,

Took advantage,

Should drive it on empty,

Drove it on my gas

My gas is precious,

Leave it city in Cedar Rapids unlocked,

I’d be surprised if she didn’t leave it with the keys in it

She bring it back and leave it unlocked beside my home,

One day she came back and parts of it we’re sitting in the backseat and dragging on the ground,

I love her use my car for months ,

Then I forbade it!

I lost her my apartment size refrigerator,

A tarp,

A tote,

A cooler,

Even my shed at no cost,

I don’t care what HUD wants,

Until hot cares,

Mobile homes in the park are sold with black mold,

Co mobile home is inspected for black mold or electricity,

Condemned mobile homes are still sold,

Water heaters that are 30 years old are not removed switched out,

Anything for a buck,

Consumers aren’t protected in trailer parks,

I asked the government told me they have to buy it and then complain

Who does that?

The US government,

It wasn’t till 1974 that mobile homes were inspected before sold,

Ever made fast even with aluminum wire,

They are fire traps,

A mobile home is only good for 70 years,

Many here were built in the 50s,

that makes these mobile homes 74 years old,

Even though it will never be sold sit with black mold in them,

Windows out,

Black mold in them  wanders,

It’s a sad thing,

a nasty neighbor gets HUD,

To investigate falsehoods,

They don’t care about the truth,

About Americans living trying to buy our own homes,

We build no credit,

Landlord takes our money,

Build his credit,

For the county lot rent  sewage and trash,

Twice a year for our taxes,

Tells no one who pays those bills,

last year he got my name put on my home I owe $3,700,

I got him out of bill  is in my name,

For the taxes will come I think next month,

We all here even those owning their own homes will pay their taxes,

we build no credit on bills we pay the landlord’s credit builds,

This is not 1800 Britain,

This is 2024 Iowa,

No one in trailer parks build credit,

So we are seen as having no credit,

I will not say boo to HUD until all Americans living in mobile homes are seen as credit worthy Americans!

The landlord here managed four other parks,

All Americans in the age only seen for our ote and our credit,

Build no credit!

How is that legal!

I need to borrow over $600 my car and my business but I have no credit none has been built on any of the bills I pay here in this trailer park,

As Dr Needham Luther College would say this is the meeting potatoes of this lecture!

Charles the land lord called me yesterday to tell me the Nigerian who works for Hudd will be calling again Monday,

He told Charles he has gotten cut off!

Shit cut off,

I had said my fill,

I hung his ass up!
