How has technology changed your job?
What has always been wrong with customer service to it. Never get to talk to a human and you get some lame ass excuse why you don’t get to be answered your questions anyways will amount of time. Since it come in they continues to use the same dribble.
And when you unfortunately get AI you find yourself like like Sandra Bullock in the yada yada sisterhood wanting to jab the phone as hard as you can on to the countertop to get outside and run the thing over.
It was under the assumption that technology was supposed to make things easier for us not stupider! as of the 25th of April we no longer can pay our bills in the store T-Mobile wants us to do it online or they’ll charge us $5 to do it elsewhere. I will always go through a human before I’ll go through a piece of an AI.
AI have no compassion and they understand English as well as Google when you text instead of writing what you’re writing. why would you want a machine to do things aren’t there enough Americans searching for work.
Hire senior citizens hire Americans would be nice leave your piece of scratch metal alone keep it in the store room let it out at parties it is not who we want to talk to we want humans at customer service.
Human can be emphatic. AI machine is not human employ More humans. AI send them to war let them battle it out on the battlefield . Machines are expendable human life is not
Technology has not changed my job I buy and sell and ship books. and right and care for animals. I’m not machine and I cannot be replaced by one no human can be!
