Mobile home 22 remove the roof and replace the roof she was waiting for someone from her church to come from her church would come and do an inspection . The inspection cost $1,500. No one was willing to do that she couldn’t put an insulation until the mobile home had been expected so there’s no insulation and the electric has never been inspected.
Any copper pipes found in the home or copper wiring was removed by the then owner and sold . The neighbor Miss Noble did all the work herself.
This is really interesting to me I have no insulation in my mobile home at the same trailer park or next door to number 22. If I stuck a container of water by my back wall it would freeze literally.
I know it’s literally crazy to assume that something that was sold as refurbished would mean insulated. There’s no leak above the water here so that every time it rains I hear drip,drip,drip! I had miles holes in my kitchen cupboards. As soon as it stops raining I’m going to start taking out my carpet.
I see in the hall it wasn’t glue down it was just a laid down we should be helpful to me. because I will be taking this out in bits and pieces. Same landlord same bad time same bat channel!
