Condescending

Have you ever had people who are peers of yours tell you at 66 years old or whatever age you are  they’re proud that you made the right decision? What did you want to say to them ? What was shouting you in your head that you wanted to say ?

I have recently have this comment made to me twice once by my landlord. I find that terribly judgmental of him when he does nothing by the book here. When Alliant  Energy said he had to have a license plumber inspect my home after a gas leak used electrician his reasoning was that the power company liked the electrician and it was okay not to use a plumber.

I have to recall to call the plumber this week and find out exactly what my bill is he sat down by his car for about a half an hour before he okayed whatever it was Corey did Cory walked in my home. Corey is a landlord. he looked at my water heater which you was upset because someone had mentioned that it’s 30 years old.

Water heaters are only supposed to last and years. when I moved into my mobile home to rent to own it, it was 2020. the trailer was built in 1993. in the trailer was 27 years old it’s 30 now same water here.

Fire hazzard if you ask me. landlord replaces nothing here he has nothing inspected before he sells it slaps on page puts a new carpet voila ready to go. Mobile home number 28, has been condemned four times.It is never inspected by a license inspector it is painted and shoved on the market.

So telling me that it was a good thing that I did is beyond contempt! As he banished the lease agreement in front of my eyes. no one here keep sublease friend of mine has six animals I want to keep six too. new lady moved in across the court just five cats mine never go out.

I wish I knew a lawyer I’d like to find out my legal rights. I’ve never missed a payment I’ve been working everyday trying to find a job so I can fix my car so I can start delivery service that runs 7 days a week I also sell books.

People don’t believe that is a job my block on several different areas :TikTok,YouTube, Podcast. it always amazes me that what you do and you work hard at it isn’t a job if someone else imagines that is foolish yet the first person who made the very first computer did in his garage and I’m sure there were a lot of people thinking that Bill Gates was Looney tunes.

I believe he’s one of the wealthiest man in the United States I could be wrong but that’s okay if I’m wrong I’m sorry. I write, I work to order my own home so I have a commodity I can fix up and I can sell this is my very first home all my own.

I don’t regret doing a favor and going above and beyond for a bunch of cats. friend of mine I met in the parking lot at Walmart in 2022 didn’t have a furnace for 2 years. Thank you December 25th 2022 it was 10 below zero in her home. I stayed in at home with her cats and her dog and her turtle and a bird. my job was to keep the electric heaters and the electric heating will have kids going so her animals did not freeze to death.

On the 27th of that month in December 2022 her price frose or toilet upstairs cracked. So rescued all her animals.

I would never do it again unless I had ample cat’s food cat litter Cat boxes I will be fine when I have six cats I’m keeping and the bird. Cowboy Jen(on tictoc)got me one cat box with a dome it’s like a Cadillac of Cat boxes.

I want six of those and I want to use the white litter which doesn’t clump and waste litter and is odorless.

CowboyJen, is going to load me $80 so I can place eight cans and then Dubuque main shelter next Thursday at noon. eyeball for four hundred from my bank. They take twenty-five out for the loan. After you  pay off the loan you get two hundred dollars.

That two hundred I will give to check pay for the eighty and hope that the seven will cost less than one hundred and twenty to go to the Humane shelter to find homes and someday I’ll go back and get Sadie I really don’t know if I should send say to you away she’s just been bothering me so much I know she loves me and I love her body I’m much rather keep her kitten it’s a beautiful little gray girl.

She’s very affectionate shady is and so is her daughter. well it’s almost a Xena time I have to pick up a little kitten on the floor and feed him and then by way of Facebook chat I go and visit my sister in Arizona and we watch Xena. Sorry babe my readers good night and a happy Sunday.
