Daniel Eric Mathis my godson rushes into a burning fire for someone else but could not stand up for his godmother against the lies of her sister(Diana Lee Heike Dudley), whose father had literally beaten and kicked our mother while she carried Diana in her womb ,
it was Diana’s father not my father who beat and kicked our mother she was never beaten by my father and yet in the falsified lies in the Iowa Human Service report that she lied me on the elder abuse it said that my dad beat and abused my mother and that I couldn’t wait for Dad to die so I could beat and abuse my mother it never happened in my hand I was there that I was the one who stopped Diana from doing what so many things that she wanted to do to our mother,
Diana is a narcissist pig who tortured us for years with her annual visits who in October at 214 threatened our mother we and we stopped locking our doors because of it,
it was sitting my first class in Luther College September 3rd at 2:00 to 12:00 when two men walked in our back door is Diana had told them that mother was beaten left without a phone for hours and not fed our mother was never invalid never been ridden mother always did for herself and I helped out since I was 9 !

mother divorced Diana’s father in California when Diana was a year and a half papers are there no one looked for them no one cared!

No other part of mother’s extensive will was changed just the removal of me from my granddad’s property and it was listed I said at no time could Val or any of her relatives inherit Cub Lake , the shear stupidness of that with my baby sister’s death 6 months after our mothers my godson and his brother my family members inherited my property Cub Lake!
The section involving the property bought by my granddad Paul John Andrew Heike , was the only part of my mother Marian D Bittinger Heike’s Will, changed and if any brain dead cousin name Michael Rohr a Madison Wisconsin lawyer,had actually inspected the entire Will he would seen that, that was the only part changed,
Mother(Marian D.Bittinger Heike)had three life insurance policies and annuity ,
I was not removed from any of that just my grandad’s property,
Diana as Father John called her a squeaky wheel and no problem lying to everybody that mother hated me so much because I was so mean to mom my best friend that was I removed her from all of mom’s wills,
All anyone had to do was follow the paper trail and see who Diana’s father was no one cared no one bothered it was easier to claim the gay daughter was a monster!

When I suggest her older cats should go to who’s a vet,
nothing happened and I lost Lulu this spring I had had her for a whole year she was 15 loved her,
I gave her the best life I thought I could,
I spent my birthday money on the medication I needed from the vet amoxicillin and wormer,
I cringed whenever I heard cry of one of my girls,

I learned from taking any kittens these cats and loving them and working my tail off with them something I couldn’t do for my mother was a full-time student I took care of the yard until I get hit by a car driven by 93-year-old tired attorney and my sister my little sister took care of the yard I still took care of the garden washed what I could did the laundry cooked for her mother so that she was eating before I went to school she was never invalid she was never a mistreated she was never beaten and she was never bedridden!
I was an easy target and the gay daughter who wanted to teach school so mother and I would have a better life,
that October that visit in August Diana had threatened mother that if I return to Luther College and to 214 she would drive to Waukon Iowa and force our mother into a nursing home against her will or take care against your will to Granbury Texas,
My mom came to me in tears begging me to step out of Luther College I did I always given up life to help my mom,
My dad had demons of his own he’s the youngest child the World War I hero who drank,
the last straw should have been when my sister stuck her hand in our mother’s face right in her face and squeeched at her‘ you have no right to have doors that lock you have nothing of value!
It was then I should have ended Diana’s life,
December 2nd 2014,
Like Franklin Delano or Roosevelt December 3rd 2014 a day that we live forever,
December 2nd to 14 Father John from St Pat’s Catholic Church came to talk to mother about how we keep her safe from Diana mother is eldest daughter by a first marriage to a wife beater in California,
next night Diana knew everything that had happened by that morning of the third,
Diana called mother at 10 times a day 7 days a week harassed mother Gaslight mother,
We had no protection for mother mother had been had told Ellen that if Diana ever lied me on to elder abuse again she would be removed from mother’s will!
Ellen told me this January at 2:15 when we were still removing things from the house after Diana had lit our laundry room on fire on the 3rd of December 2014 where I died and was airlifted to Iowa University”s Burn unit I had been murdered twice on the 3rd December,
See I had found the fire Diana removed all the all the batteries from all the smoke alarms except for the one she couldn’t find in the stairwell to our basement,
Smoke had to go underneath the bathroom to get to the crawl space that went under it to the cellar,
We had five smoke alarms every year I changed the battery twice a year spring and winter ,
one was in the laundry room, mother’s bedroom where the garage used to be, the top of the stairs, one in the living room by the front door the last one in the stairwell to The cellar,
A little surprised Diana didn’t know about the smoke alarm in the cellar,
Diana in 2012 had used dad’s hacksaw to saw threw should you as dad’s hacksaw in the brand new faucet that mother and I had gone to Menards in Lacrosse Wisconsin to get ,
And my Amish David Yoder had put on, came off in my hands after we had used that faucet for a week Menards doesn’t replace things that are guaranteed for a year but a week later break in hand with a life time warrentee, so for two years I carried water from the bathroom to the kitchen to do all the cleaning and the cooking and the washing up,
Diana was always doing fun little things like this when she was busy with her little hacksaw dad’s she hacksawed the hose faucet outside the wall on the kitchen that I used to attach the our hose to so I can water the garden,
I walk with a cane haven’t been hit by a 93-year-old retired attorney in a crosswalk after a cultural diversity final in August 208 so caring water to water all The garden alone with my cane in our rumpled up yard was a bitch and a half of fun times,
I gave Human Services of Iowa 16 pages of things that Diana had done to torment and abuse mother and I no one cared?
