If you recall last Summer,
Second thought I’m sure it was fall,
Theodore caught his very first Mouse,
Lily of course stole it from him,
I think two days later I saw it dead being talked about in the living room,
And that was it never heard again or saw it again,
Unfortunately until tonight,
A kitten had fixed something off and started chewing on it so I took it away from him and threw it further underneath something,
Kitties and cats are like a dog with a bone,
Next minute Sadie had in her mouth,
I took it from her and noticed what it was by the tail,
Poor critter is flattest jerky,
Didn’t you hear me yell Oooooooh Yuck!
