Landlord’s wife

Does the landlords paperwork,

Teresa’s not a scatterbrain,

Nor is she a fool,

Like I care for her mom,

Her mom passed away in August,

Teresa’s sister refused to help with the funeral,

Cost Teresa $2,000 out of her pocket for her mom to be cremated,

That put her a month back cuz a lot rent or trailer she owed so that’s $350,

She borrowed that from the bank to pay Emily cuz she’s right on her ass,

Emily says I’ll give you $15,000 for that trailer,

Corey her husband the landlord broke into the trailer to look at the trailer then shared papers to Teresa to vacate that trailer,

Because Corey  was threatening to evict her trailer is hers,

Teresa was down one lot rent $350,

Emily told Corey she owed $750 it was a lie,

Corey told Teresa I’m not paying 15,000 for that trailer,

Teresa paid 1,000 for the trailer and put $3,000 with a repairs into it,

Emily figured like Corey they get that trailer for $1,000,

Pete  now lives in the trailer because he discovered a bunch of black mold in his old trailer black mold is rapid here number 28 has been sold on and off and the almost 5 years I’ve been here in September would be 5 years and it’s been condemned four times,

Corey never inspects for electric or black mold because he doesn’t inspect what he sells as is or calls it refurbished,

Pete says Corey expects Teresa to give it to him for a bout a thousand,

So then Pete told Emily and he bought it from Theresa he’s just renting and didn’t figure it was any of their business,

no Emily thinks that Teresa has some extra money that she’s not doing anything with so she built her a thousand dollars,

Last month she tried to tag on $50 for Teresa being late Theresa wasn’t late Theresa keeps her check the money order we don’t get receipts from these people they figured that money order is our receipt,

but Trisha and I put ours both in the mail at the same time the same day I was in late Teresa wasn’t late,

We’re going to go to her as a receipts and then we’re going to find a lawyer that deals with landlords and tenants and I’m going to make sure she doesn’t sit man 1,000 minutes worrying about fictitious money that the landlord’s wife wants!

Corey’s wife Emily has no right to assent Theresa has,  Teresa is not in the wrong!

Teresa was wrong by them since she moved in don’t ever figure that someone isn’t important because they’re going blind and high were there a little older than you are don’t be a stupid fool,
