Teresa(my neighbor) is being charged for utilities and services that were not being used, Which seems unfair. The fact that trailer sixteen, has been vacant for six months and she’s still being charged $380 per month I’m not an adventure and really thinks I cared more to others and then I care for myself. I was raised that way. I’m from a long line of women who put others first. I’m fine with that. That is evident by my recalling is of my mom and my grandma they would sit closest to the kitchen door, at every family gathering. It is so if they spotted anyone not having enough to eat they can rise and quickly depart and go to the kitchen and get whatever whatever bowl was empty so no one went without but them.
That’s what good women do for those they care about. it’s not a fault for others to slight us by it is a trait for others to admire.
I’ve taken care of my mom since I was nine years old. Dad figured it out I was big enough to push some more I was big enough to care for whatever her mom and he would just go on being Lee. (Dr L.N. I’m sure my aunt’s both having five children thought my mother was being insane.
I have always been in love with history. With that one swoop of the pen all the memories . I would have loved hearing of my granddad’s courage of being a soldier. those things that he might have shared with me his eldest granddaughter born to his youngest son and an instant became like dead fish upon the rocks left to die in the Sun.
I’m totally sure this was all my mother’s mother’s doing. my grandmother doted on Diana. my grandparents raised my older sister while Mom worked for DeKalb in Des Moines,Iowa, after the war that weren’t any jobs in Spencer Iowa.
Mother the young beautiful bride of twenty-eight with hourglass waist size 24 ring size 4 mother was being seen as the prize for the party. Dad was filling his oats.⁶
Diana could not abide not being the center of attention. My sister narcissist sociopath hated that. so she went to Mom and said that granddad touched her inappropriately how many 8-year-olds know that how many 8-year-olds know the word pedophile.
When mom and dad drove to Shawno, Wisconsin that August the 1956 mom went with anticipation of meeting her new family and when she left I have no idea how she felt Diana was proud of herself of course.
Back to Teresa story
For six months no one has lived in Teresa’s second trailer bought with her 401K after she retired for extra retirement for her mother and her to live on no one can live in America especially in Iowa on Social Security. Teresa’s second trailer number 16, that was empty for over 6 months of which she was being charged three hundred and sixty a month the exact same fee as Trailer 27 where Teresa lives it’s got to be illegal! the landlady continues to push and push doing that we are too poor to seek out legal assistance and they really are no pro bono attorneys in Iowa so Iowan poor get screwed!
The landlady asked Teresa one day you’re starting your own trailer park? This caused Emily Corey’s our landlord’s wife, much I’m unquietness fearing that someone else would take over the trailer park .
Corey the land lady’s husband took over this park 5 years ago. now he has five other trailer parks for her misunderstanding how to run books of a trailer park to mutilate.
Teresa’s two trailers should never have the same exact fee monthly. our rent of the lot is three twenty. I’m going to put in my bill for this month so you can see how is divided up in fees.
With two trailers. when Teresaa was imagining she could sell her trailer and get it off her back and the landlady at the same time the landlady said you owe us so much money in September she said that Teresa owed her over $1000 every late fee is $50s. since August of last year we’ve been mailing our checks at the same time the same day and I’ve been writing on her checks the landlady will tell her that it got lost in mail.
August the last year Teresa’s mom died at 92. there’s the only one that Theresa has been behind so every month until March when there was finally someone in the trailer and Teresa charged 400 for it because it was a friend of ours it was dying from the black mold poisoning one gets from living in most of the trailers here in the park.⁹
due to the fact that her mom who she had cared for since 2005 had passed away at 92.
Teresa’s social security check is $1, 500 her sister Mary who also lives here in the park and are rented trailer from the landlord refused to financially help her cremate their mother. Mary imagine that her mother had lots of money because she lived with Teresa Teresa and Mary’s mind cared for her mother for Teresa’s mother’s money .
That wasn’t erroneous assumption! Teresa’s mom had had three husbands to care for they all had died on her takes a lot out of the person and more times than not there is no money for that. Teresa’s mother had the social security check nothing else. like into my mom mom worked for Dad dad never paid in Social Security when mother retired at 65 she got $120 a month. she got more money when dad died cuz Dad had a pension that he had gone to the Army and whined about because he had an whole year in uniform and had parole in Hiroshima Nagasaki Japan.
the government gave it to that he got $1,000 extra he had worked for himself so I would imagine he didn’t have much and no time and Dad’s life did he make $20,000. we worked all his life until he hit 86 and then they discovered he had dementia. I was going to school full-time I returned to college at 50 after every class I had to return home I was the one caring for my folks. there is no time to go to other classes or other lectures every night for 8 years I was up all night long doing homework so I could set mom up for breakfast make sure she had whatever she needed and 210 dads sugar had gone high and he I called the ambulance and they took him to the VA and Iowa City for 2 weeks did they put him in Good Sam nursing home. Dad had dementia.
The most I’ve ever been proud of my dad was the two times he had escaped the nursing home and headed for home. like an errant child,dad was picked up by a sheriff a deputy dog and returned like a criminal, back to the prison² in two twelve at two a.m. Doc Heike passed from this life to the realm of spirit. Because some creepy ass nurse at two a.m. in the morning told him it was time he just died. We had told them that if he got bad we wanted to be there that we didn’t want him to die alone. no one called us till six in the morning he had passed at two a.m. that day.
Teresa had paid for over twenty thousand in repairs and there are still a few that didn’t get repaired. Teresa in good faith had prepaid a handyman named Virgil a grand³ to do it . but unfortunately Virgil not a man of his word wandered away with the money and never repaired it wouldn’t question upon the subject took her key and flung it with all his might into the yard that sits on the other side of the road that divides the two rows here in the trailer park.
Teresa gets her social security check on the third Wednesday of every month so on the nineteenth of March we were in town . first we went to Walker Walker Iowa that’s where her old bank was she is already gotten a new bank in Veridian but she didn’t want to take hours getting the Social Security to understand that she was changing Banks because she doesn’t drive and she’s going blind in an eye.
I find it annoying that some people who are Christian think that assisting others like ourselves is wrong. except for cats I spend everyday alone loneliness really is the loneliest word. My best friend in the entire world is in Sun City Arizona and I’m trying to get by in Quasqueton Iowa all alone. Alone really is the loneliest word in the world.
I was nine when I promised my mom she would never be abandoned in a nursing home. I was fifty-six when I woke up in intensive care after dying twice December 3rd,2014. at 10:00 p.m. I was airlifted to Iowa City burn unit they had jumped my heart twice. I had eight metal Staples in my neck where they had gone to my heart.
December 23 I lost my Medicaid because I was sent paperwork if I signed it they would file because you have to renew Medicaid every year I will forever have holes in my lungs they were burnt and two tbis and a neurologist discovered that I had had two strokes but didn’t know if it was when I was being born as a breach with cards wrapped around my neck or one of the two times I was struck by a car or from burnt lunch for my sister’s fire in our laundry room.
Until that point I had never ever been hospitalized. Not even after I was struck by a car and rammed into the concrete road no insurance no hospitalization no one cared. My sister had driven from Granbury Texas to Waukon, Iowa . and set our laundry room on fire it walked out got in a car and drove away. Diana is a narcissist psychopath and for two years she had gas lit our mom calling her 70 times a week to force her from her home and every time every day mother would say to me after she got off the phone doesn’t she understand I’m her Diana saw money signs. That was most important that Diana saw as the prize that would make her life better.and to ruin my name with lies and she managed to do that my entire family with her lies Christians I don’t have much good to say about them. ⁷
So Wednesday morning we went to Walker because Teresa hadn’t gotten a hold of or even bothered to call Social Security to change her bank to Veridian.⅙ Walker Iowa so she can remove her social security check deposit and put it in her new bank and Veridian in Independence Iowa.

There is no bank in Quasqueton Iowa the nearest bank to quasqueton is in Winthrop Iowa. I drive for her I’m trying to I keep trying to get her to have her post box at the trailer park we live in and not four blocks away she can’t walk there she’s going blind in an eye. I have a headache it’s three in the morning and on Friday and my electric heater has been on all night long because it’s so cold in my metal home. I was told when I bought or I started by my mobile home that it’s insulated there are no mobile homes here insulated but 16 and that’s only because Teresa insulated it.
My head is throbbing.Ruth hung up on me. me.Every night we watch Bones I have no TV, Ruth has the collection and a TV in Sun City Arizona. I live to spend time with her on Facebook chat we watch TV from her phone pointed at her TV. I had just put my phone down it was on fire. I’m sure she thought I abandoned her watching Bones. I did not he bothered by kittens are running up my legs are making me bleed my head is throbbing. I’m tweaking my article and then I have to go to the bathroom. I didn’t ever get to the kitchen getting milk I didn’t have tea last night and I had a hard day.
After the bank and gas at Casey’s convenience store where gas is two o six.nine , cheaper than any place else in Independence Iowa. We went to Independence to take the money to the bank so she’ll get her certified checks for her , then the checks are placed in my glove compartment till the 1st when I get my check and then they’re sent in the mail from Quasqueton, Iowa. America goes directly to Cedar Rapids it gets in that night and is distributed the next day. However Corey’s wife continues to insist that it did not arrive, that it wasn’t sent, that the dog ate it! She is bloody intimidating and infuriatingly nasty. This is harassment she is done it every month since Teresa’s mother died. This is elder abuse .
I urgent pay attention to how long she was in there she put in $40 the rest she left the bank then we she asked me where I’d like to eat I said well my favorite place is Pizza Ranch so we went to Pizza Ranch. then we went to Walmart Goodwill and Norby’s, then home. Teresa is a diabetic. She was hungry and needed to eat. I was not aware until that night that she was missing almost $1, 000.
Teresa imagined that she would get a lot of money from her old Bank so yesterday morning we went back we went to Walker Walker Iowa so she could borrow this fantasy money to replace the money that she has misplaced she came home on Wednesday she could hardly see she was so tired she put her coat down and anything that was in her pocket and her piece of chicken that she had smuggled out of Pizza Ranch on the table which she ate yesterday morning.
American elderly really have no money and if you don’t have any food you do what you have to. I’m always upset when she removes food from Pizza Ranch because I don’t want anyone to know that she’s moving food from Pizza Ranch and that she’s with me.
Teresa was turned down from borrowing $1,000 her credit sucks. she’s in dire straits she has 9 days to find the money she doesn’t know where it is it was in her pocket with her chicken she took it out of her pocket when she got home she had no idea where it is.

The Iowa Republican party decided that social security individuals needed to pay for Medicare part 3 just in case we might go to the hospital they’ll never see me in a hospital again here in the state. I’d rather eat and pay my bills then starve and have nothing to pay for the crappy ass electric company. that rack over the coals repeatedly every month.
Alliance Energy got millions of dollars to put up wind turbines they added a meter that we pay for every freaking month. they still charges for winter stuff 1 and winter step 2 and sometimes summer step one.
An ex-friend of mine who passed away 2 years ago his husband once called Alliance energy and wondered what the hell Winter step one and two and summer step 1 was. Brent Waits was told, sometimes you’re you’re electric concert up north and sometimes it comes around down south and that’s what winter step two is and what Summer step one is.

We are not your excuse because your life is not perfect you need to stop children from being intimidated and harassed and bullied because they are born in the wrong body!
Those of us like Teresa and I who care for our parents. Gave our moms our lives. Teresa worked full-time in Cedar Rapids at a bank and cared for her mom full time there is no relief or help for a better life from family members because they don’t give Mom or their sister who cares for their mom a second thought they’re not doing it they don’t care. No one understands that caregiving takes all you have to give!
When Teresa retired from a bank she worked at by all these in Cedar Rapids when she worked she would go home during her lunch breaks to make sure her mom was okay.
