Teresa Snyder of 310 3rd Street South lot 27&16,Quasqueton,Iowa. Teresa bought a second trailer when her mom was still living she had two Social Security checks. Thought the second trailer would be an investment. lot right here is 320 a month it went from 300 and 300 to last January to 320.

Landlord’s wife treats Teresa as if she fear that is so wanted Teresa another landlady which is what she was. For a spell she rented to her nephew who misused Teresa’s good spirit and good heart and only paid for the lot rent and not for the trailer.

So Theresa man up and threw his ass up his name was Luke. we figure that Teresa missed her rent on the lots on 16th and 27 in August of last year when her mother of 92 years died. It cost $2,000 to cremate her mother. Teresa Social Security is 1,400 a month. Teresa’s sister Mary refused to assist her she lives on the other side of the Court to pay for her mother’s cremation.  Mary to this day believes Teresa had access to her mother’s money. Mary assumed which is making her ass out of you and ass out of me, Theresa  had gotten a hold of her mother’s wealth. their mother had nothing since her third husband had died.Their  mother’s wealth  if you cared to call it that was her social security check, it is not a living wage it never rises with the economy it’s a pittance.

Teresa is sure that she couldn’t get food stamps because she thinks she makes too much she’s all ready to pay taxes or to file taxes.1400×12=16800 a year.

With every month you missed they add $50 per trailer. on top of the 750 that Teresa pays a month for two trailers locked rent. that comes to $800. around January this year the landlady started charging her 360 a month for the lot everybody else is paying $320.

I believe this should be elder abuse. my sister in Arizona says that the landlord is allowed to charge for late fees for every month that that payment wasn’t made so since this is the fourth month and that August is the 8th month so it’s been 8 months that she’s missed and according to Teresa she remembers paying it. we never get a receipt for the landlord they are so lacks they believe that I received from the money order is our receipt. I’ve never done business with anyone believe that’s the case. That the receipt for your money order is your receipt from the rent.

The landlords don’t even record that we are on time and we pay our rent. Landlord’s wife cheats us at every drop of a chance you can get. during covid our checks were not at the landlords on 5th of the month because covid made the Cedar Rapids carriers late. she still tried to adorn all our rent checks with an additional $50.

Pete came to my rescue I said we are not responsible for the speed of the government. He was the best guy. one day Teresa had gotten a notice from the landlady and said that they were tacking on $1,000 more so in a winky and I that $800 which is 2 * 50 for 8 months went to $1,000 which is $200 more than the previous quotation of that equation of 2 * 50.

And then soon after that she tacked on another $900. Yesterday sorry to piece of paper delivered by the landlord acknowledging she’s $3,000 in debt to the landlord. this landlord’s wife could give Al Capone who laundered money a run for his money! at first the landlord’s wife had wanted Teresa’s trailer 16 has a brand new roof central air a brand new water heater a brand new shower with a chair built in central air that could freeze you to your bar have you heard us she put over 22,000 in this trailer she bought for $1,000.

Corey broke into her trailer and then went to her and said no we’re not giving you $15,000 for your trailer. She’s been beside herself Teresa has not knowing what to do or where to turn.

Tereesa  buys up all the food she needs the third Wednesday of the month cuz that’s when she gets her social security from money which is outrageous to me but her last name starts with an s.

Last month Teresa and this is where I learned the term Kitting.Kittying is removing your money from One Bank and putting in another bank and I hope she’s getting a lower rate. It might be illegal it sounds stupid and only white people would use it because they want the best deal! Teresa  had changed your bank in Walker Iowa.

Terresa had heard how horrible it is to get into Social Security anymore and so she decided just to keep her money where’d it goes her walker Bank. try to get a loan after she did something stupid last month they refused her at her old Bank because she just stupid things and she doesn’t really have any money to pay for it any way.

Teresa decided the Sounders thing to do would be allow Social Security to continue to pay to that bank but hey she doesn’t see out of her right eye and her left or drive.

The paper Corey brought said that Teresa owed his wife $3,000. We had called Iowa legal aid for low income and no one bothered to call following day. The paper stated Patricia would give them $1,000 a month for 3 months they wanted all her check for 3 months he changed it to a thousand a month. she said she’s got a pair of phone and have food so they’re just going to take a thousand of money she doesn’t owe! 

They are crooked as they come. Müost trailer parks are told to get rid of the black mold trailers. Corey doesn’t have the money to do that three months she’s going to give him $1,000 it’s not her lot rent it will leave her with $400 for food and phone I see that it’s a small. because the $777 I got last month saying that I owed the federal government $60. when my social security check had gone to $998 the first of January 2024 Iowa’s Republican party had gone and removed Medicare part 3 from us and started taking $200 to my social security check.

Sure last month of my $777 my lock wrench and utilities usually comes to 530 a month as it did last month the previous month’s back to January 224 before that it was $500. landlord Corey has meters on all our mobile homes even the ones he doesn’t own and it seems inconsistent to me that every month I pay $530 surely I don’t incur that much use of water we’re not charged for the water we charge for what runs through our.

We pay $7 a month for these smart meters comes to $85 a year since 2020 let’s have a little fun and figure out how much that cost us since. 5{7*12}=5{84}=$420

Few years back the city put in a fiber optics so there’s a gray box right beside all mobile homes even and this is hilarious all the black mold trailers! Pete went to one guy and said so how long how much is that supposed to cost? The guy told Pete $300 abuse for the insulation which had already been done without anything from us. then $88 a month I didn’t know anybody who lives here has $88 a month after they pay their few little bills they can afford.

No one has connected to them no one can afford them and yet there they are even connected to black mold mobile homes. so thank you very much Iowa”s legal lawyers. this is elder abuse.

Teresa has a car in her yard that needs to be junked. I will have to drive her to Cedar Rapids to get paperwork so that she can have that hauled away and in her mind she sees her making $120 from that car.

I have found that when you sell a car to a junkyard and you haven’t taken off the tires or remove the battery you’re going to get $60 or less. I have work for almost 2 months trying to get her trailer 16 sold.

First Teresa said no idea what to ask. I saw 22,000 that’s what the neighbor had suggested. and then she said 12,000 would be okay anything to get out from underneath the landlord and his wife. 

  I put 12,000 on the property in the ad on Marketplace . the last couple months she said she would fix my car cuz I drive work. then two days ago she said she was going to give me $6,000 to fix my car I never said we were free would be $5,000 m now she believes it’s worth more than 8000.

landlord and his wife are doing Teresa 10,000 for her trailer she wanted 2,000 at first off when she figured that was too much and she thought 12,000 and she saw 8,000 Corey says he’s a landlord you can sell it for $19,000,

Last week he gave Teresa a piece of paper said that he’d give her $10,000 for it he’s 5,000 less than the wife said he she’d pay for it Corey had refused to pay for it.

Teressa won’t be getting full cash and this sounds slimy to me I have no one to ask about this 1989 mobile home. he’s going to let her for a year and a half it’s a two but I don’t think he figured out last run free his wife figured a whole bunch of extra fees she missed two no one month so too lot rents $750 so landlord his wife added 50 dollars for each trailer to April I figure that’s $100 a month and that should bring that bill to 1500 and landlord had her signed the bill but she would give his wife three grand.

This month she gave him a thousand she gets only 1400 a month this was still expected to come up with the last $350 shouldn’t have it. her 1900 is still lost in her home she can’t see her when I it’s going to remain lost pretty much till she can see.

Even if I was Stone Cold dead I’d be crowned to that house looking for that money. Teresa’s excuse is I cannot see.

And then she’ll get a couple  a couple thousand dollars.

I suggested give the trailer to the children’s miracle Network so the children can get some good out of it and get a life dream what they wanted before they died but she wanted money the good Christian that she is.

This is a damn this thing is to me . Teresa says well that’s funny I don’t have to give to the government and no one needs to know I have it I have extra money. I said no! She asked what I meant. you sold the trailer for 10 grand doesn’t matter how he pays you if you’re allowing to take it in trade it is still giving you $10,000 you’ll get taxed for that $10,000 you got paid for that mobile home. I think in Iowa 6 cents on a dollar I think.

10000×6=600 taxes on a house or on a trailer in the United States depends on when the trailer or house was sold that either you or the next buyer pays the taxes it’s not weird I think it’s weird.
