Teresa thought it was a done deal. put the landlord in his wife are underhanded floor not human individuals . Their type of Christians! Teresa was sure that she wouldn’t owe anything for a year and a half. Corey the landlord never did get back to Teresa.
Yesterday I know it was delivered to Teresa now she owes $7,000. never owe more than 750 first plus $100 a month because she missed paying last August this month a lot rent sewage and trash cuz her mother died and she needed 2,000 cremate she only gets $1,400 a month so security.
Two weeks ago landlord showed up with a piece of paper saying that Teresa old his wife $3,000, I have no idea from where she’s made up the price I have no idea where she got it from Theresa does not owe $3. Teresa is nearly 70 this is elder abuse. Teresa sign a note because she was scared.
Landlady has been bothering and harassing Teresa since last August I’ve been taking her to make sure that her lock rent went the same day my rent to own and my bill went her should be a hundred and fifty left 530 a month so it should be $380.
No one rented Theresa’s trailer 16 until March of this year all that time the landlord had been charging her for water and sewage and trash. No one lived there no one used anything should have only been $320/month for trailer 16.
So the before seven thirty I rescued the note from Teresa’s lanlord saying he was evicting her. he and his wife are evil she would have only gotten about $360 from the 10 grand is his wife was going to take another $2,500 and just a week later she wants seven Grand. Teresa only paid $1,000 for the trailer it’s 1989 and she put 22,000 worth of repairs and work and replacement into it. none of the refurbished trailers here in the park in quasqueton.
Let me make this clear to you.
1. Cory no one inspects any trailers .
2. New carpet and new paint is applied
3. Then the trailer is put on the market.
4. Trailer 28 has been condemned four times it never gets inspected it just gets put back on the market.
5. Our friend Pete who died in March because of black mold do not want his trailer to put back on the market he wanted to condemned it’s trailer number 15 Corey has been spending a lot of time having people fixed it up so t! to 55ey can put it back on the markeing; d sell the death trap.
Corey has done this before to older residents. His wife ‘Emily’ bothers them and I can’t sell their trailer and then of course your steps and give some $1,000 and he’s gotten whatever they did to the trailer and a trailer for free nearly .
Evidently no one knows that it cost $30 a month to get legal assistance. I hate when your leaned on and they go back to bed. that’s your day and you’re late for your appointment with your car because that’s who you are.

Teresa only gets 1,400 a month the only reason she is back one month was because her mother died and her sister would not help her cremate her mom it cost two grand . Teresa’s security social security check is $1, 400. So on this month’s payday which is the third Wednesday of the month about the 19th she had a money order Teresa made out to Corey for $1,000 . well lady figured she get a thousand a month for 3 months money she wasn’t old with Teresa is so worried and confused about losing her home and thinking she has nobody to stand for her had signed the documentation.
I was trying to help her and sell her trailer while she was doing nothing! she was living in fear of the bully and his wife. Monday she went over to her trailer 16 and found Corey and they’re painting wasn’t asked to paint he was just painting so you can get more for it if it’s painted. reminds me of instance with me 2 years ago when I had a gas leak.
Corey was sure that he could start my furnace and so he’d said that sometimes you just do a good term for people and had come to help me start my furnaces before I had a I had the year before gotten a brand new furnace in the government don’t they’re crap.
I was dealing with a lot of cats and he stood in a gas mask in my home he came four times for 15 minutes couldn’t get anything done so you made me go to his attorney and sign my home into my name I still owe a little over a thousand on my home. that way operations threshold would come back to my home to restart my furnace.
I started my furnace and when they left I had a gas leak so 2:30 in the morning she fell from Alliance energy came and turned off the gas to my home it was May I’m sorry it was March. turn it Alliance energy told Corey he had to get a certified plumber to come into my home to make sure I didn’t have any more gas leaks.
so Corey had the electrician craft sit down outside by his car there was no license plumber cuz Corey has no license he’s not a plumber and he’s not an electrician so he walked through my home I had mentioned how old my water heater was and then it sits 10 ft from my head so he knew I had reported my water heater that when I started by my home he had been told that the guy who worked for him would not light it cuz it was too old he scoured it off with a scarring pad and lit it anyway.
Corey buys nothing new and usually doesn’t pay anything on what it’s worth a lot of people don’t want to work for him because he’s slow paying for what is done. I tried last year to get the boys and a reporter interested in the story out here no one could be bothered to even show interest really hate that we’re just as good as anyone else only differences we want to own our home instead of living and an apartment .

After a while Corey went and looked over the railing on the porch and called Krash and said go ahead turn it on. I had questioned this because Alliance energy said had to be a licensed plumber but she said Alliance Energy lights craft and would care nothing whether it was him or the landlord. I personally find that pissie.
I had six people interested in the trailer on marketplace for eight grand. I tried to get her a gift the mobile home to the children’s Network children can make wishes off a trailer she is getting sick of but no she wanted to cash.
And then she wanted to get 10,000 for the trailer and 12, I got a call from the landlord telling me if I didn’t take down my ad to help Teresa she would stop helping her. I didn’t want Theresa not to have the help he said he’d get 19,000 for her trailer.Last week he showed up at her house after she signed for that she would pay the landlady who didn’t win and have any right to $3,000 she had signed that she would pay the landlady $3,000 because she’s worried about losing her home and this is how bullies act.
my mother and I were gas lit and abused by a narcissistic sociopath my older sister lie me twice on the elder abuse to force our mother from her home so she can live off her in Texas it took a five years and two coding packs a week to kill our diabetic 86-year-old mom I will not allow that to happen to anybody else.
so Corey and his wife showed up last Thursday and said I’ll take it for $10,000 and we’ll give you a year and a half of rent lot rent smart meter sewage and trash free for your half and then we’ll pay you in cash. that would give Teresa $690 about in cash when she should have had cash all along because in trade doesn’t feed Teresa or pay her bills.
and yesterday she had a note delivered by the neighbor saying that she owed $7, I have no idea where they came up with that amount Corey bought the paint to paint in her trailer no one asked him to paint in her trailer or to break in to paint in the trailer. or to hire a repairman who is getting $25 an hour still there’s no way it comes to $7,000 they were going to take $2,500 off the top of the 10 grand leaving Teresa with 7500.
Now we’re going to see if we can get some response from the legal association in Iowa just want to want to keep her home and wants to keep them out of her face the lying bitches that they are.
Corey has not sent her any kind of paper or documentation on the sale except for the scribbled on piece of paper the Teresa has and she has gotten copied.
