Two below in northern Iowa,
A dear friend I ends getting ready to move to Saint Paul,
Instead of dread she wished her mother in law would die,
She acted like she’d love nothing else,
Laura was one hundred and three survived Covid and was returned to the nursing home with the highest mortality rate.
An artist sweet and loved her family including her daughter in law my friend Pat,
Last year she had a fall,
Laura was living in assisted living then she broke her hip,
The the family said time for a retirement home,
People die alone there.
Last fall the Good Sam closed,
With the closure and tons of speculation on how shitty their pay was that no one wanted to work,
T h e family of Laura in essence her daughter and daughter in law moved Laura to Waukon Iiwa.
My home town County seat of Allamakee.
Where I want my.hone to move to in a few years,
I miss home very much,
I want to be where my.nephews might accidently see me,
Many of my class have returned home,
I want my family there too ,
Laura’s goodbye is in February,
I hope it doesn’t snow.

You too on Frida u night a fifteen passenger Amish van flipped on icy roads.three children n and a young mom at least died.The young mom was thrown from the vsn.No one had safety belts on.And no children were in car seats.My friend Penny works as secretary at the ER at Mercy One in Waterloo. Said five year old was taken to Des Moines but she had not heard if the little one lived or died. At nearly sixty-five the cold titmres me out. I am forever thankful when my Chevy starts.
