The  most pain and I’ve ever suffered

That includes a narcissist sister,

Penetrating a car windshield,

I’m just sitting with why you up,

I have a born spur on my left heel,

And the pain insufferable,

But I’m a trooper I’m going to get up one in the bathroom and go to the  kitchen,

Sweep him off my floor,

Looks through boxes for a book ,

Got to find a book,

Warm some ham and cheese,

Then go back and sit down,

Losing my mom and my baby sister in 2020,

Listening to my neighbor’s Wang Wang Wang,

Why is  pain ever never your hand,

Why is it always have to be in what you stand on,
